The PV Realtor Marketing Session is held once a month at the Coco's Restaurant at 4514 E. Cactus, just west of Tatum Blvd. The meeting is on the 4th Thursday of the month with networking from 8:00 to 8:30 and the meeting from 8:30 to 9:30. A full buffet breakfast is provided and the meeting cost is $10.00. A tour follows the meeting. Make this a useful part of your marketing program by: Touting your Listing - You’ll have time to tell us all the important details. Maybe one of us has a buyer! Sharing a Buyer need – Maybe one of us has a listing that is PERFECT for them.
Bringing your Flyers – We’ll take them for tomorrow’s buyers.
Putting the Home on our Tour – We’ll have agents that work this market seeing all your listing has to offer and interacting with you on the price, features and condition of the home. The feedback is tremendously helpful and a good tool for you with your seller. The PVRMS features a full breakfast buffet and excellent speakers to inform you and sharpen your skills. The cost for the meeting is $10.00.
